Decco Bishop is a rehabilitated criminal, former young offender and current deliveroo driver living in Carrigstown, Ireland. He is suspected of having connections with prominent gangland figures such as Cathal Spillane and Ger Lynch. Since 2023, Decco has been working with Deliveroo.
In a redemption arc, Decco became a respectable and successful businessman from 2015-2018 in order to avail of a free-housing for reformed gangsters initiative organised by Bob Charles according to the Carrigstown Agenda. Once the local community center could no longer afford this, Decco returned to his gangland activities.
His grumpy sister Sash Bishop lives with him, and his rent is paid by his brother Xavier Bishop, a prominent gangland figure currently evading the authorities in Spain. Social services have been in contact with Decco due to his poor record with his daughter.

Decco dated and married Kerry-Ann Bishop, scoring 2.75 standard deviations on the Dillon Scale. This score was posthumuously corrected to 2.5 standard deviations. The relationship didn't last long with Kerry-Ann being murdered. See The Murder of Kerry-Ann Bishop.
Throughout his time married to Kerry-Ann, Decco shared her with her ex-boyfriend Mondo O'Connell; often taking turns on her in complex positions (inspired by the Bela Doyle School of Yoga). This shared relationship was often incorrectly referred to as a ''love triangle'' but local stud Tommy Dillon correctly described it as a ''fuck buddy situation gone wrong''.
