Nora Keogh is an elderly lady living in Carrigstown, Ireland. She is best known in the local dogging community as she has tamed local bear Ray O'Connell. Ray regularly rides her in the Wayne's Wheels garage, where he works. She is an active LGBTQ activist and has notably taken a neutral stance in the Cristiano San Martin and Will Casey feud due to her belief that gay people can do no wrong.
