Victor Mullen known locally as Big Black Victor is a token black living in Carrigstown, Ireland. It was suggested that Victor arrived into Carrigstown under specific instruction by Bob Charles as an effort to improve diversity in the small Irish town. Victor rivals local ladiesman Tommy Dillon when it comes to affairs with local women in the community. Whilst Tommy takes a more classy approach by targetting single women, Victor opts instead to specifically seduce those who are in relationships and has earned himself a reputation as a homewrecker. It is thought that the surname Mullen was handpicked by Bob Charles who reckoned it would assimilate better than Victor Odumegwu.
2025 Affair[edit | edit source]
Victor earned his reputation in 2025 when he slept with local businesswoman Kira Cassidy who was, at the time, in a committed relation to Mondo O'Connell. Kira was destroyed by the night she spent in bed with Victor and she spent the following weeks in a wheelchair. In October 2025, with the help of committed boyfriend Mondo, Kira began learning how to walk again. Unfortunately this progress was impeded when, after finally being able to leave her home for the first time in weeks, Kira was again seduced by Victor and the second round of intercourse rendered her unable to salivate or use her arms.
Carrigstown Agenda defunding[edit | edit source]
Victor initially arrived in Carrigstown from Birmingham after receiving a significant grant, free accommodation and a monthly stipend from Bob Charles of the Carrigstown Agenda. It was hoped that Victor, as a large black male, could progressively bring a touch of class and diversity into the local proceedings. However it quickly became clear to everyone in Carrigstown that Victor would in fact contribute an opposite effect. While perpetuating various stereotypes through his disgusting behaviour, Victor was said to have set back the Carrigstown Agenda considerably. Bob Charles privately informed Victor in August 2025 that he would be pulling all funding. Victor has been going rogue since, bedding multiple women and generally behaving laddish and brutishly. The unofficial strategic position of the Carrigstown Agenda is now thought to be one of damage control, distancing themselves from Victor in the hopes that he runs out of funds and returns to Birmingham. Political pundits believe that Victor represented a landmark moment in the Carrigstown zeitgeist, inviting punters, who had been forewarned and brainwashed by the Carrigstown Agenda for years against stereotyping and generalizations, to "trust their instincts" again. On the back of his 2025 run, Victor was largely credited with ushering in Carrigstown's Post Woke Moment.
