Hayley Collins is a barmaid in McCoy's public house in Carrigstown, Ireland. She is the daughter of rough-around-the-edges loudmouth Ger Lynch (who is essentially a less convincing Carol Foley) and eternally disappointing gambling addict Anto Collins.
Her greatest achievement to date has been in fornicating with billionaire property tycoon Paul Brennan. She has also engaged in sexual activity with his son Oisin Brennan and Detective Steve Yates. Her biological mother Ger Lynch is the leader of the Irish Mob. Her father was a down and out, likely to be of the Bishop Clan.
She is the manager of McCoy's pub in Carrigstown, and oversees the money laundering operation of Ger Lynch. Hayley has been investigated by the police because of this, but her former fling with chill police officer Steve Yates has resulted in investigations being ceased for fears of bias, following the police department being sued by Cathal Spillane after a similar incident involved Yates and local tramp Carol Foley.
She works alongside Jane Black, a notorious schemer. The pair were stripped of their debt collection duties in March 2020, when the duties were passed onto deadbeat app developer Lee Collins, in order to ensure the smooth running of the pub in the absence of Ger Lynch, who fell ill with Covid 19 while meeting with the Italian Mafia in Milan.
In late 2023, it was revealed that Hayley was one of several women caught up in court proceedings against MMA superstar Conor McGregor. Several local punters would go on to speculate that she had perhaps had a bit too much to drink on the night, sympathizing with the Dublin 12 celebrity.
